Student Conduct Code & Councils
Upon matriculation to the College, students agree to abide by the behavioral expectations established in the Student Handbook. The College reserves the right to address conduct occurring on or off campus with the aim of protecting the College community, educating students regarding mature and responsible decision-making, and preserving the rights of all members of the community to achieve their educational objectives.
The student conduct system at the College of William and Mary exists to provide a living and learning environment which reflects the values of the institution. Through it, the College seeks to guide students toward the development of personal responsibility, respect for others, and mature behavioral standards.
